Used Rental Bike Sale - Sat. Sept. 7 8am in Peninsula

We will be upgrading our bicycle rental fleet in Peninsula at the end of the 2013 season. We will be making our current rental models available for sale on a first-come, first served basis.

The following models are available:

• Raleigh Venture 4.0 (various men's and women's sizes) - $250.00 each
• Electra Townie 3i (men's and women's models) - $200.00 each
• Adams Folder 1 Trail-a-Bikes (tag-alongs) - $125.00 each
• Avenir Dual Sport Trailers - $100.00 each

Used rental bikes are sold AS-IS; all sales are final. Used rental bikes are NOT eligible for our usual new bike benefits (10% discount on parts & accessories, 90-Day Free Tune-Up, free t-shirt).

To purchase one of the these bicycles, please visit our Peninsula store at 1621 Main Street, Peninsula OH 44264 beginning on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 8:00am and:

1. Select the specific bicycle that you want from our current rental units.
2. Pay a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% or more towards each bike.
3. We will continue to rent the bikes for the remainder of the 2013 season; the exact timing will be dependent on the weather.
4. After our final rentals, we will give every bike our standard full tune-up to be sure that each bike is in good working order.
5. We will call each customer when their bikes are ready to be picked up, most likely around the beginning of November.

Availability of the used rental bikes is on a first-come, first served basis beginning on September 7. Buyers must be present to select their desired model and size; no phone sales. If you wish to arrive before 8:00am, the line will form at the double red doors near the back of the building.
