Tim Donovan of the Ohio Canal Corridor brings you this latest video update on the construction of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail in the Scranton Flats area just outside of downtown Cleveland. He is joined by Jocelynn Clemings, Public Information Officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation, who shows us how the Innerbelt Bridge Project is helping with the Towpath construction in the adjacent area.
