TOSRV for lucky #13

This weekend is the 2010 Tour of the Scioto River Valley, a 2-day, 200-plus-mile bicycle tour that Century Cycles has been proud to sponsor and provide sag support for 13 years. Scott has been there all those years, but this is going to be the first year for Josh, so be gentle on him, TOSRVers!
